Our meditations have been developed and narrated by a speech therapist and a professional meditation speaker. With their calm and pleasant voice, Sandra, our German voice, and Loula, our Englisch voice, introduce you to the world of meditation. You will start by becoming more aware of your body and beginning the first steps towards your new self. In the process, you can relax and unwind, while also gaining a tool to better handle stress.

The Body Scan is the entry point in every form of meditation, whether its in yoga or mindfulness. It helps you become more conscious of your body and maintain your attention in the present moment.

You can listen to the meditations offline, without an internet connection. Theres also no need for a login, account, or any other hassle. Meditate whenever and wherever you want without anyone listening in or tracking you. Our app collects NO data about you. Nothing, nada. We wish you a lot of fun and success.
